There is speculation that Meghan Markle is working on a sensational memoir to reveal her side of the story in the context of her and Prince Harry’s dispute with the royal family
Meghan Markle is reportedly planning a controversial memoir in which she will tell her side of the story as the dispute between the royal family and the Sussexes escalates. According to a recent report in British magazine Closer, sources close to the Duchess of Sussex are speculating that another sensational memoir will follow Prince Harry’s 2023 hit “Spare.”
Is Meghan Markle planning to reveal everything in her memoirs?
While there is no confirmation from Meghan herself, sources told the outlet that “there is talk among their (Meghan and Prince Harry’s) friends that it’s time to take the gloves off and stop being diplomatic.” This speculation comes after the two recently sat down for a CBS interview.

While the Duchess has been reflecting on her past suicidal thoughts, she is said to have been working on a sensational memoir. Highlighting the growing public demand for Meghan’s side of the story, the insider said: “There is so much demand for Meghan to come forward, whether it be in the form of another interview or even her own memoir. She has the potential to make an absolute fortune and clear up a lot of questions.”
The Duchess of Sussex first admitted to having suicidal thoughts while still a senior working member of the royal family in her 2021 interview with Oprah Winfrey. In addition, speculation grew that Meghan was seeking revenge after she and Prince Harry were not welcomed by the royal family at their annual summer gathering at Balmoral.

“It’s not exactly shocking to Harry and Meghan that they’re not invited, considering they’re not even speaking to each other at this point, but it feels very much like a personal attack aimed at hurting and embarrassing them,” the insider continued, adding: “They’re now forced to come up with a strategy to fight back, and one option on the table is to go all out with a big tell-all speech from Meghan, in which she fully lays out her side of the story.”
